I haven't used long enough to review the collagen benefits, but this tea tastes divine! I ordered the pineapple and am on my second order. I enjoy it every afternoon in this AZ heat. I have had no bloat or digestibly problems. I do notice that I have more energy after drinking.
This is a good blend and has a good overall flavor with no bad aftertaste. I put a scoop in my water bottle then give it a good hard shake and it's ready to go. I didn't find that it gave me a big energy boost but I did enjoy the flavor of it and felt refreshed when drinking it. I like that it has natural ingredients that are knowing for helping your body in a good way.
