I really enjoyed the pineapple flavor—it’s light, refreshing, and not overly sweet.
I also like that it combines green tea, yerba mate, collagen, vitamin C, and L-theanine into one easy drink. It gives me a nice, gentle boost of energy without feeling jittery, and it's only 20 calories per serving. I haven't noticed dramatic collagen benefits yet, but it's an enjoyable addition to my daily routine and a great alternative to sugary energy drinks.

I am really happy with the Athena's Glow Tea in Orange! I am very picky about taste and usually cannot stand the taste of stevia, but I cannot even taste the stevia and the taste is very mild - not very orangey at all - it kind of tastes like sweetened iced tea mix made with a bit extra water (which is good in my book!) I don't really like warm or hot sweet drinks so I have only drank the tea cold, but you can have it hot too! Its easy to prepare - it comes with a scoop that is roughly one serving and the powder readily dissolves in water - to make it cold I heat water to about 150*F and pour 16 oz over 7.5g of the tea mix, stir well and let it chill in the fridge until its cold and I am ready to drink it.
I can't really comment on some of the longer term benefits from the collagen and vitamin C, but it does provide an energy boost without jitteriness and when I am stressed it does help me keep my cool! It's expensive but I still think it is a good value for money - the cost seems to range between 30-35 and it has 30 servings so for around a dollar a serving to get clean non-jittery energy, cool calmness and collagen and vitamin C, I am really happy!

I like drinking green tea so I decided to try this because it contains additional ingredients, most notably collagen.
The powder is easy to mix with hot water and it tastes really good. You get 30 individual packets which is convenient. I have not experienced any negative side effects. All is good.
